How to design a custom control made of several standard controls ?

Hello.
I would like to design a custom control containing a label and a textbook (for example), not by code but by dragging the standard controls on my custom control. And then add some logic.
Then I should be able to drag and drop my custom control on different views in the Storyboard.
That means, same as a user control in Visual Studio for Windows.
How can I do this ?
