Added nuget package cannot be used in code

I added Google.Speech Nuget package. It successfully installed but I am unable to use it in code. When I try Google.Cloud.Speech.V1 it says Cloud does not exists in namespace. It actually does and I see the referenced dll in the project. Any ideas?
